We go through many seasons as humans; good times, bad times, but through all time, one thing should be our constant reality; JOY! 

Feelings; especially bad ones, can blind us to the reality of the work happening in our lives at the moment. "Rejoice always, again I say rejoice" was written by a man in prison. This tells us that we can maintain joy no matter what the time is; "for we know that all things work together for our good"
